Cordillera Development, 1986-Present
The Cordillera Development has 910 residential units, three golf courses and the world renowned Cordillera Hotel and Spa, stretching over a 6500 acre area of rugged Colorado topography. JKA has been the lead civil engineer and surveyor on this project since 1986. This challenging project has entailed land planning, platting, design of roads, bridges, utilities, bike paths, retaining walls, and storm water systems.
