Johnson, Kunkel & Associates, Inc.’s architectural engineering department offers structural engineering and architectural design with a “whole building” systems approach. We believe that integration of civil engineering, structural engineering and architectural design is most successful when performed by a team of individuals that are practiced at working together and understand the synergies of designing a whole system. Our approach is a departure from the commonplace scenario of competing disciplines, each focused on their individual mark on the project regardless of their consequence to the whole design.
